RETURN POLICY

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
